Bedford's Creme isn't the overly-sweet assault on the tastebuds that I'm used to experiencing with cream sodas. It's actually pretty subtle, but we're talking about cream soda here. That is to say, it's still quite sweet. That said, it's strong on the vanilla flavoring to the point that it tastes like french vanilla ice cream in a bottle. The closest comparison I can think of would be the taste of A&W Cream Soda.
I would have preferred the texture to be a bit foamier and creamier, but it's definitely a top notch cream soda worth getting.
